Operation and maintenance Requirements, TR2381 LCI Requirements substitution for Wind, Version 3,Operation and maintenance, Requirements, TR2381 LCI Requirements substitution for Wind, Version 31.1 Objective Life cycle information (LCI) is technical information required for all phases of a plant’s life cycle and shall ensure efficient project execution as well as safe and efficient operation.Chapter 6 contains pre-defined Supplier Document Requirements for Wind turbine generator (WTG) package.The objective of this document is to enable wind projects to scope sufficient Life cycle information (LCI) and deliver it on time, with correct content and in the correct format.1.2 Target group Anyone who scopes, creates, updates, delivers LCI and/or performs LCI quality control.1.3 Provision This document is provided for in TR3110 - Life cycle information (LCI), Technical requirements and standards.1.4 How to read this document The requirements included in this document are generic requirements developed for wind segment worldwide.Chapter 2 gives an overview of Company’s general requirements related to scoping, planning, required quality and handover formats of LCI.Chapters 3 gives an overview of the multi discipline requirements for engineering deliverables, including selected information from fabrication and construction.Chapter 4 gives an overview of LCI deliverables for selected categories and types of equipment.Chapter 5 details the requirements related to LCI deliverables listed in chapters 3 and 4. In addition, each LCI deliverable has assigned attributes: LCI milestone, handover format, and local language explicit requirement when applicable.This chapter gives an overview of Company’s general requirements related to scoping, planning, required quality and handover formats of LCI.2.1 Scoping the LCI delivery SR-62032 - The LCI delivery scoped and supplied by projects shall be limited to what is relevant for the actual scope of work, and shall be agreed upon with Asset.SR-62033 - All LCI scoped as relevant, whether or not it is described in TR2381, shall be delivered to Company’s LCI systems. No documents or drawings shall be retained.2.2 National/regional regulations SR-62389 - The requirements in TR2381 LCI Requirements, substitution for wind, are Company’s general requirements for wind assets. National/regional regulations may require additional documentation.SR-62094 - If some requirements are found to be in conflict with national/regional legislation and regulations, these requirements shall be amended or substituted by alternative requirements.2.3 Language Authorities requirements and operational needs dictate which LCI shall be delivered in the local language.SR-2444 - The information defined as LCI, directly used in the daily operational activities, shall be available in the local language in addition to the English language. Deliverables with explicit local language requirement are clearly marked in TR2381.SR-62704 - Projects shall identify if other LCI deliverables, beyond items explicitly marked in TR2381, are required in the local language, in addition to the English language, due to national/regional regulations. Some of considerations to be made are, but not limited to:When under transportation, lifting and installation, personnel not specialized in the equipment/package performs the activity When the equipment in operation shall comply to EU Machine Directive 2006/42/EC and it’s operation is not described in SO documents, such as lifting equipment When equipment packages control is not integrated into plant's safety and automation systems (SCADA/SAS) When pressure equipment in operation shall comply to EU PED Directive 2014/68/EU and it’s operation is not described in SO documentsSR-62403 - Drawings and diagrams such as single line diagrams, C&E, etc, shall be delivered in English language only. SR-62077 - All remaining LCI shall at least be delivered in the English language.2.4 Engineering documentation SR-62035 - The scope of the engineering LCI delivery, for a project, shall be shown in a Master Document Register (MDR). The MDR shall be kept updated throughout the project and in accordance to the template and routines described in the Contract.
