Project-1 well, operated by Chevron, was spud on 21st May 2002 in water depth of -2,436 ft. The well reached a TD of 13,441 ftMD (-13,100 ftTVDSS) on 7th June 2002. The discovery was already successfully explored by the Gendalo-4 operated by Unocal in 2001. Both wells lie to the SW of Gendalo structure from which discovery is separated by a saddle.The reference codes and standards for each activity are listed in the relevant specifications. Unless otherwise specified, reference shall be made to the latest edition of the relevant rules and standards.For the purpose of the present document, definitions of terms as listed in the GENERAL and SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT shall apply.ANCILLARY EQUIPMENT means components assembled directly or indirectly to the umbilicals, lines required for transportation, tie- in, and integrity purposes, such as connectors (electrical, hydraulic, optical), bend restrictors, bend stiffeners, pull-in heads, hang-off collars, buoyancies, clamps, etc.CONTRACTOR: means the legal entity designated as such in the FORM OF AGREEMENT.
